We engaged Ideal Concept to renovate our flat as there was a HIP exercise in our area last year. Our point of contact was Maurice Chow. After the initial measurement of our flat layout was taken, we had some guided discussions based on the considerations of the design elements that we wanted.
Maurice patiently gave us his points of view and let us know what was feasible and what was not. A couple of days later, a 3D overview of what the completed renovation would look like was shown to us. That was indeed useful.
Updates with photos via What’s App were sent to us almost daily throughout the renovation process. We always had prompt responses to our queries and calls. We are thankful to Maurice that he worked hard to complete the job within the specified period as we had to vacate our home during the entire HIP and renovation exercise. In all, we had a pretty worry-free renovation experience.

Choosing Ideal Concept (Maurice) to do up my house was the best choice ever! Maurice was not pushy at all which made us feel very comfortable. He gave me many good pointers and ideas for my house.
He was very professional and brought me to different suppliers to choose my tiles, curtains, accessories etc. He even helped to look for decorative items for my place! Whenever I had questions and needed to contact him, he was always contactable.
I was given updates on the progress of the renovation. Whenever my wife and I went to our place to have a look at the progress, he is always there supervising the workers. In the end, everything turned out to be how I imagined! We couldn’t be any happier with the whole process and how our house turned out.

I like the good workmanship especially the wardrobe. The interior design of the wardrobe has allowed me to store my stuff neat and tidy.
